Use of information

This site collects two kinds of information from its visitors: 1. Personal information, which visitors knowingly choose to disclose. 2. Traffic data i.e. how many times and which pages are visited, which does not contain personal identifying information. Traffic data is collected via data files such as "cookies". Personal information includes contact data such as your name and email address, and CV information.

Personal Information: when you send us an email or submit your CV we use your email address to respond to you. We do not give or sell your data to third parties.

Traffic Data: data is automatically collected when you visit our site, which include information about your computer, server and browser. However, it does not personally identify you. Technology files such as "Cookies" and Log files collect and track this information. We use such data to administer the site and make your visit more efficient.

Direct email: If a user wishes to receive information from our restricted area or subscribe to our news releases, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. We use the information to send you the email service.

Data disclosure: We will disclose your information to protect ourselves and our users, in the event of a corporate reorganization, sale or merger our business, and if compelled by the government or to comply with law.


Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of information under our control. The data resides behind a firewall, with access restricted to authorised TJS personnel only.
