ZeroShrink® combines mobile and desktop scanners, RFID tags, and a palm-size inventory tracking appliance running the software.
Step 1: Easy Tagging
Begin by attaching the RFID tag to the jewelry item. You can assign an unlimited number of attributes to tagged items (size, style, location, purchase date, color, even images) or simply link the tag to the attributes of your POS data—whatever works for your business. If a tag is removed before the item is sold, the item is reported missing on the next scan.
Step 2: High-Speed Scanning
By simply waving the lightweight inventory scanner over the tagged items, you can collect inventory information in minutes for immediate stock counts and reports. In addition to rapid counting, the approach minimizes jewelry handling, preventing fingerprint smudges, display disruption, and potential damage.
